Michelle has 20 years’ experience in branding and marketing strategy, where she combines mastery of marketing best practices with the exceptional ability to build brand equity in order to achieve business objectives. Her passion for turning insights into brand value has served her well in founding, ISH-Productions, Inc, a marketing and branding consultancy in 2014.
In 2019, the business expanded by uniting with Jeff to create Mariola Unlimited.
Her strong business acumen (developed both in the US and internationally) and continual focus on profitability and market competitiveness combined with her unique creative and visual senses grants her the ability to express marketing ideas and design across digital and traditional channels.
Her marketing and branding insight stems from 9 years of experience as Vice President of Brand Marketing and Strategy with Ambius, the world’s largest provider of interior landscaping, design installation, and maintenance services.
Prior to that, she worked extensively on both the corporate and agency side where she led not only account teams but also creative departments to overcome clients’ toughest business challenges.
In recent years, Michelle has specialized in leadership and professional development through one-on-one coaching and group workshops. She leverages strengths and mitigates weaknesses, improves interpersonal skills and team performance, and prepares emerging leaders for professional advancement.
Michelle is active in her community; she can often be seen running in 10K races, and she also volunteers her time to several local organizations. Michelle offers pro-bono marketing services to A Giving Heart Foundation and ATTCOM. She also participates in and helps with fundraising for Respiratory Health Association — Hustle Up the Hancock and Susan G. Komen – Race for the Cure.
