Over the course of the 6-month program, participants will be exposed to and learn:

Self-Awareness

By using self-assessment tools like Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and The Predictive Index, participants will learn how their behavioral style and their ability to recognize their own emotions and those of others.

Leadership & Culture

An exceptional leader connects the company with the future through vision and culture development. By stepping out of their comfort zones, participants will develop and enhance their understanding of the rate of change.

Conflict Management

Having difficult fierce conversations with coworkers can be extremely challenging for managers. Participants will be immersed in the art and science of having courageous conversation that lead to higher performance.

Accountability

The art of execution begins with a clear vision, which transitions into a culture of accountability. Participants will learn the key disciplines of successful execution: goal setting, measuring progress and accountability.

Resiliency & Mindset

Two must-have traits for any manager striving to become a level-five leader are being able to persevere through the inevitable challenges and setbacks they will face and lead with a growth mindset. Participants will be assessed on their Grit and Mindset to build a foundation and work through a process allowing them to break through their self-limiting beliefs.
