Course Curriculum

Throughout the workshop series, participants will learn:

Session 1

Success Mapping – A step-by-step visualization process to prepare you in advance of meetings, client visits, company presentations, and customer service calls. Body Language – Mastering the secrets of nonverbal communication.

Session 2

Six Pillars of Persuasion – Understanding the factors that influence us to say “yes” to the requests of others by exploring these six principles: Liking, Reciprocity, Social Proof, Scarcity, Authority, and Consistency.

Session 3

Brand Empathy Road Map – Identifying prospect pain points and matching them with your value proposition. Tools to build a personal brand that is actionable and memorable.

Session 4

Communication Excellence – Master the art of delivering memorable virtual and in person sales presentations.
